Help?
I am such a noob when it comes to tech stuff, so imma need your help here. How do I remove that swimming lady from my page?! How do I change the background?! What the hell is CSS?!
I am actually loving the page itself, and the font and all that. But I don’t need that girl in my life (the swimming lady I mean). Sigh.
Please help me. :c

CSS = Cascading Style Sheets
…and that’s really all I can tell you. Well, that and the stylesheet determines how a web page will be presented. Hence, the swimming lady.
^^; Sorry. I sorta kinda understand CSS but not enough to be able to really explain it–or even do anything with the code unless I have a couple of months free or something. Haha.
Have you tried “Customize Journal Theme”? It’s under “Journal” on the LJ homepage once you’ve logged in. Some themes will allow you to change the background and stuff without requiring total programming geekiness.

Re: CSS = Cascading Style Sheets
I did check that. I liked this theme the most. The preview was misleading though. I’m sure there was NO SWIMMING LADY there. Ugh. :c
I guess I just have to live with it. I kinda really like this style. It’s so… clean. 🙂

You can also try using LJ overrides. Here are some tutorials you may find helpful. 😀
